This is a pairs competition open to all lifesavers.

There are 6 categories: male and female rookies under 11 and under 15 as well as male and female seniors over 15.

This competition is being held on the 16th October 2022 at Windlesham School.

Sussex Branch Teams Comp 24/11/2024

This is a teams competition open to all lifesavers. Entry closes 17/11/2024.

There are 2 categories: Seniors over 16 and Juniors under 16. These are mixed teams meaning you must have at least one male/open and one female on the team of 4.
