The RLSS Sussex Branch Dinnner will be held on Saturday 10th November at The White Hart Hotel, 55 High Street, Lewes BN7 1XE.
Meeting at 7pm, the formal dinner is only £30 per person for 3 courses. All Sussex Branch members, partners and families are welcome. Dress code is smart, no jeans or trainers, ties preferred.

Starters
- Broccoli and stilton soup
- Pork and chicken terrine served with rocket garnish
- Prawn and lobster cocktail served in Marie rose sauce
Mains
- Slow roast belly of pork with hoi Sin and apple sauce served on a bed of cabbage and fried creamed potatoes
- Roast leg of lamb served on a bed of spinach with a rosemary jus and dauphinoise potatoes
- Roast sirloin of beef served with pancetta lardons and roast herby new potatoes and thyme jus
- Chestnut, Mushroom and Courgette Risotto (Vegetarian)
- Garlicky Mushroom Penne (Vegan)
Desserts
- Apple crumble served with custard
- Bread and butter pudding served with crème Anglaise
- Honeycomb Cheesecake served with ice cream
